Cajun Prime Rib Bites

 

Ingredients:

1 cup julienne onion1 cup julienne tomatoes1 teaspoon fresh garlic, chopped2 Tablespoons butter2 Tablespoons Cajun or Creole seasoning2 ounces red wine10 ounces cubed prime rib

 

Procedure:

Sauté the onion and garlic in butter until translucent. Add the tomato and seasoning. Stir. Add prime rib and wine. Simmer and reduce until tomatoes are soft.
